Add policies to /api/auth/local/register endpoint

Hi,

I have to add some validation to the user data before posting it into database. Should i add policy to /api/auth/local/register endpoint?

If yes, then how can i add it?

Or how can i add validation to the user data before posting it into /api/auth/local/register.
