Advanced Settings Tab is disabled when adding a component

I want to add Internationalization to a component, but I can’t because the Advanced Settings tab is disabled , how can I enable it?

Hello @joaopedrocoelho

Localization for a component is enabled when you select the component in the collection/single type where you want to use it and not during the creation of it
