Audit Logs in the Enterprise

Good afternoon. Checking to see if I can get a support email. Even though my strapi dashboard says enterprise license. I do not have my email registered with it. So I am not able to submit a support ticket.

Also I am currently at strapi 4.11.3 and with an Enterprise License but I did not see anything coming up or appearing in the Admin Panel. Am I missing something or am I supposed to download a specific dependency for it?

Any help here is very much appreciated.
