Can I modify save and publish buttons in the Content Manager?

Hi there,

How are you all? I hope you are very well. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions.

Is it able to rename and change the functionality of “save” and “publish” buttons that appears at the upper right corner of creating new Entry page in the content manager?

Is it able to add a third button beside “Save” and “Un/Publish” buttons?

I want to change the mechanism from “Save & Publish” to “Send to Editor, Rejected or Published”, so is this able to do? And if so, Are there any tutorials or topics that can help me achieving that?

Note: Adding and Renaming buttons at the top right corner of the Adding new Entry in the content manager is a must.
