Changes to public role in users & permissions plugin aren't saved for one collection type

I can click the save button and i get the “role edited” notification but every time i return to the page i can see that the changes aren’t really saved.

I can change permissions for all the collection and single types i have but it doesn’t work for the last one i created. It works fine locally but i have this issue on the staging of my project.

Does anyone have an idea what I could be missing here?

Have you checked that you dont have different databases locally and on staging? if you are on Heroku remember that mysql is not supported
