Content Manager not working in v5

Does anyone know why the content-manager is not working anymore and why it gives 403?
Also it seems that the media library is not appearing…

This is a deployed app on heroku upgraded from v4.

UPDATE: It seems that I needed to manualy enter the Super Admin role <> user links within the mysql table admin_users_roles_lnk as upgrading from v4 I already had a super user and it wasn’t detected automatically
