Copy from one Strapi build to a new Strapi build

Hi

I have a general question about Strapi and if it’s possible to copy/paste content.
I have one big Strapi build, that I want to break down into a bunch of smaller Strapi builds.
I wanna copy a block of content from the big Strapi and paste that into a smaller Strapi.
Is this possible at all? Or do I need to rebuild the content in the new Strapi from scratch?
