Create custom route without /api prefix in url

When you create a custom api in v4 you have you api start after the /api is there any way ii can create a cutom aroute without /api–

I have the same question, could anyone comment. I would like to define some top-level routes (not under /api)

do i need to install some plugin or do i just create the file? Because when i try to install healthcheck it says not found

Do strapi generate and pick plugin with any name, I chose “healthcheck”
