Default public role not visible on fresh installation

Just installed a fresh strapi and cant see the default public role

@Deepak_Gupta Intresting can you look in the db and see if it is created in there?

Also does this hapen again if you reinstall again?

Also I recomand opening a github issue for this if you can replicate it.
