### What does it do? Describes how to define & add custom conditions for RBAC management. ### Why is it needed? There was no doc entry on how to add custom RBAC conditions yet 😅 ### Related issue(s)/PR(s) The goal is to deploy it along with #118 (Add RBAC in user-guide)
