Error in image preview

I use cloudinary with strapi and when i upload a image it doesn’t show a preview

Hello!

I have this package installed: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@strapi/provider-upload-cloudinar, I follow the configuration steps of both the plugins.js and middlewares.js files, but what @st4lin comments still happens From the pictures, any idea what might be going on?

Hi!
I would like to know if once you have solved that problem, can you see a preview of a video?
I solved the problem of the images, but i can´t preview videos.
I´m using Digital Ocean Provider, but the problems are the same.
I posted a thread days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet.
