I just want to ask why I’m getting this error when I try to forgot my password. When we deployed our project to staging. It’s working fine our local. We upload it to Amazon EC2

Do we missed any configuration when we deployed it on our staging site?

That looks like it’s having trouble connecting to the database, but it shouldn’t be passing that to the user as a 400 error :thinking:

I was thinking that outbound email is refusing in amazon ec2?

we just used strapi-provider-email-smtp( i think this uses nodemailer)
