How can I add a new language to Internationalization (like: ar-IL ru-IL etc)

We have the same issue we are trying to add these three languages
Mizo (lus), Chhattisgarhi (hne) ISO_639-3 and Bhojpuri (bho) ISO_639-3. Please let us know if there is a way to add new languages into strapi.
