How can we make a dynamic local variable from react app?

hi awesome community i have problem about localization everything is work well manually when we request our data from GraphQL but i want to make the local id (fr,en) dynamically respond to a select tag to select a language so how can we create variable for GraphQL local id that work with strapi local internalization ?
