How to connect Strapi support team. Not able to reset our password or use Bronze Enterprise Edition

I have Bronze Enterprise Edition user. However, not getting an email to reset the password. I need my license key to make my application move from the community edition to the Enterprise edition. Not able to generate support ticket, as password reset is not working.
