There are quite a lot of warnings about old versions and unmet dependencies. Just ignore them: your installation should still run correctly.
I guess these might be cleaned up at some point, but it can be a fairly major job to re-test a big package and even a supposedly simply upgrade of a dependency can cause unexpected side-effects.
