Same here.

Using Node.js v18.18.0, I ran:
npx create-strapi-app@beta Strapi5Project --quickstart

I got:

node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1080
  throw err;
  ^

Error: Cannot find module 'ajv/dist/core'

Then I Ran:
npm run strapi report -- --all

But got the same error:
