Plugin upload compress and change resolution of a video uploaded

Hi everyone,

I would like to decrease the weight of my uploaded video doing a compression and changing resolutions. For exemple if a 4k video is uploaded, a compression to have a 1080p, 720p etc resolutions of the video.
Is it possible with strapi ? If not, wath the best way to do that ?
