Where to find registered users table? how to managed them?
It should be above that, under Administration Panel > Users.

Left menu, where all your normal content types are stored, there will be one called “Users”. Since it’s much more common for this model to be used in normal workflow (relations, ect) we opt’ed to keep it on the left. Where as the “Roles” and “Permissions” models are very narrowly scoped to very specific usage.

Ooops @DMehaffy is probably more correct to your quesiton. I thought you meant registered users who can access the admin panel.
