Relationship dropdowns not spanning 100%

Is anyone else experiencing problems with relation dropdowns not spanning 100% of the viewport? No matter what I try, no matter the width settings adjustments I make in the admin UI, every relation dropdown, across all interfaces, fails to span 100% of the available viewport width.

The same for me. Exactly, the current behavior is bad or not optimized for all the predefined widths…
