Search content inside strapi content manager

Hi,
Is there a way in Strapi Admin to search content by keywords?
Let’s say I want to replace a certain phrase, how can I search and replace it inside the content manager?

Anyone with any working solution? it’s a simple feature inside most CMS systems.
