Send email confirmation on a new registered user (super admin, author, editor)

Hello, I just encountered mailing problems. I’ve read the docs and other thread saying that Strapi could send email on a new registered user?

But when I try adding new user via Settings->Administration panels, no email sent to user?

I already turned on the email confirmation options in settings.
