Strapi Admin Media Library first page loading time > 10s, paginate to other pages in under 100ms

I have migrated to Strapi 4.9 and in development Strapi Admin Media Library first page loading time is > 10s. When I paginate to other pages it loads in under 100ms. I couldn’t find any hint in the network tab and no errors in the console.
Does anyone have the same problem and/or has it solved?
