We do not have a mobile/reactive option for the admin yet, we have tossed around an idea for a mobile app but no info for now other than “it would be cool”.
If you do plan on making the tweaks to the admin panel yourself, updating would be an issue. You would need to constantly check again the new version source code, even for minor releases.
