Strapi Doesnt boot when connected to db with read only credentials

Strapi Doesn’t boot when connected to DB with read only credentials,
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Read Lock your local sql and enable read only
  2. Start strapi

Service doesnt boot, nor throws an error, But is stuck, till the sql read lock is removed and read only is disabled
