I believe these are the minimum required env vars:

HOST=
PORT=
APP_KEYS=
API_TOKEN_SALT=
ADMIN_JWT_SECRET=
TRANSFER_TOKEN_SALT=
JWT_SECRET=

But I dont remember exactly off the top of my head
