Too many api calls

Hello we have a website that we work with strapi on, our website is getting a 500 server error, and when we try to log in to our strpai backend it wont load and also give a 500 error. What I can see is that we are over the limit for api calls 1,700,000 / 1,000,000. Any help on how we can fix this to get our website back up? we tried to get an upgrade but its still not loading

Is your project still returning 500 errors? I know we had a bit of downtime yesterday due to one of our providers.

Could you give me the App internal name of your project, please? It can be found in Project’s settings → General → Basic information.
