You actually can create an SVG out of a JPEG, but with like 99% data loss. This can be used as a loading place holder for the image, it looks quite elegant.
I have done this with Gatsby Images (https://baco.rest/menu/platos). But I would like to bypass Gatsby images that has to re-build all the images every time, to instead do it once the image is uploaded and then stored in the db.
I would like Gatsby to handle that.
