"Warning: Internal server error" when trying to update the value of a relational field

I have a collection typed called GridItem which I use in a single type Home. When I try to edit the value of an instance of the collection type which is used in my single type, I get “Warning: Internal server error”. I am wondering if anyone could please help me?
