Add index to attributes (not Mongo)

Hello,

As far as I know you can’t add Index on SQLite, SQL, PG from model file by adding "index":true to attribute. Any solution/working example on how to add indexes automatically during bootstrap?

This is a topic that has come up as we start to focus on the database refresh for this quarter, going to poke @alexandrebodin but to my knowledge not currently though I agree we should add this.
