Adding a updateMe Route to user plugin

I’ve tried following this tutorial (Add updateMe route to Strapi 4.0's users-permissons plugin | by Fabian Fröschl | Medium)
or this post (Users me update - #9 by DMehaffy)

but none seem to work with the current strapi version. The updateMe route doenst show up in the admin panel under permissions. What can i do?

Found the issue. I used the filename strapi-server.js but it need to be strapi-server.ts for my typescript strapi project
