Our team is exploring the feasibility to build a booking system for multiple merchants using Strapi. Thus, it will cover CRM portion to handle different customers for the merchants. Given that this is originated from a CMS, we would like to assess the practicality and issues down the road. Appreciate if anyone has experience in this and can share us more information.
