Cannot place dot as a separator in a float number field -

Hi everyone!
Having an issue when trying to enter lat/lng in a float number field. Strapi doesn’t let me put a dot as a separator (-99.15543410014578), but when I enter it with a comma (-99,15543410014578) and save - it is saved with a dot. This strange behaviour will affect the work of my content manager team.

## Bug report ### Required System information - Node.js version: 16.20.0 - Yarn version: 1.22.19 - Strapi version: 4.9.0 - Database: PostgreSQL - Operating system: Alpine Linux v3.17 - Is your project Javascript or Typescript: Javascript ### Describe the bug it is not possible to insert or write a number separated by dots into a floating point field, although strapi v3 has no problem with this. All cards give coordinates with a dot, after which it is not possible to insert them into strapi. I tried to update to the latest version for today (4.10.7), everything is the same in it ### Steps to reproduce the behavior 1. Go to 'Content manager' -> collection of data that has a float type field 2. Fill in with a number separated by a dot or insert a number separated by a dot 3.
