Collection is not getting update for user when we add certain data in our collection type

Whenever I add any sports data into the collection, you can see in image at right where we have Sports collection which is not getting added whenever I add any data to sports collection. Each time I have to come over user section and add the item manually.

Can you please provide some solution ?

Why do you expect them to get added automatically to the user? Each relation should be added manually.
