Collection Type (Play List) has a list of Collection Types (Content Blocks)

I’m migrating from 3.6 to 4 and am trying to convert a number of collection types and components. In 3.x I have a collection type named Play List - this has a list of content blocks which is another collection type. in 4.1 I don’t see the ability to add the ability to list collection types (content blocks) only components. I know 4.1 is low on the version scale however I’m trying to go from 3.6 into the latest and figured intermediate steps would be best.

Okay, disregard. I inherited this project so wasn’t sure how it was orig. built. looks like the list is from component “blocks.list” Got it sorted.
