Content Type Builder wont load

So everything was working fine but when I got up to start work yesterday morning, and went to the Content Type Builder, it will not load. The only kind of error that I can find is in the Chrome Dev Tools: TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'startSection' of '(0 , build.useGuidedTour)(...)' as it is undefined . It also happens when I go in and edit any entries into the Models. Any help here would be appreciated.
