Create new relation object from another collection type

I want to be able to create a new object of relation collection type from another collection type.
For example, create a new tag from a relation field in my blog post collection type:

By the way of implementation I thought about such options:

  • Add a new button which would be opened a new window.
  • Enter some word and create a new entry on its basis.

I’ve tried to modify components RelationPreviewList and SelectWrapper but of no effect.
