Create Selected Work from 4 different collection types

I am making a photography website and the client would like to have selected works as part of the CMS so they can select which ones.

I have 4 collection types where photos projects are linked and Id like to create a new collection Selected Works which creates a relation from the Selected Works entry to all of the projects in each collection.

How can i do this?

i was thinknig a dynamic zone might help, creating a relartion type for each collection and the being able to dynamically select which collection id like
