I was forced to create a new Strapi cloud account to get my deploys working. Now the deploys are working fine and when I open the new app from Strapi cloud everything looks good. However when I enter through our custom domain I still get the old app which does not have the latest changes. I asked ou sys admin to redirect the domain and he claims he has. When pingning it he get the response from the new app. However when trying to acces through a browser it’s still the old one. Is there a setting in strapi cloud I’m missing? I tried filling in the domain in domains under settings but it’s still pending… since yesterday.

If pinging works well, its probs just browser cache
No. I tried several times with incognito.
Check in Strapi Cloud in the project settings for custom domains for both the old (to see if its removed) and the new (to see its correctly added) projects
However thst should not be the case if u can reach the new instance via ping
How do u even know that its the new one when u ping or the old one when u open the browser?
Im not able to delete it from the old projetct. I get this
Check the network tab in the devtools, see what the http request error is
Or if there is any error in the console
the network tab gives a 500 on the DELETE request
I cleared the browser cache previous to trying again.
U gonna need to open a support ticket
Include all the info u have now and perhaps a link to this conversation
Sometimes the upstream provider fails to remove the domain and only aupport can help
