I recently installed Strapi and am looking for a way to edit the homepage and add tables of contents.
It’s just showing “Welcome to your Strapi app” and “The server is running successfully”.
Tried creating a single type content but didn’t work.

Unfortunately today, you can’t really customize the homepage directly in Strapi. This potentially something that will be possible in the future.
What error did you have while trying to create your SingleType?
No errors while creating, just the url doesn’t show up and getting 404.
Anyway to fix it?
if you mention http://localhost:1337/admin page - probably you need to find page in the source and place some content there ) I didn’t try to customise it but it definitely should be somewhere in the codebase )
