why my strapi dashboard again and again down, 500,505,400 this type of error why please answer fast because today down my strapi

What errors do you see in logs?
Where is it hosted?
What web server do you use configured?
You are getting errors only when accessing the dashboard or also when accessing the APIs?
Do you have configured some third party CDN service like cloudflare?

Seems that you are trying to pass an URL to ID variable, or you have already defined in the DB a file with an URL inside the ID and it fails when you are trying to sort files by ID and it finds the Url there.

yes and same issue localhost and aws server both are error same
