General links missing in Admin after 3.6.0 upgrade

  • Operating System: MacOS

  • NPM Version: 6.14.4
  • Yarn Version: 1.22.4

After upgrading to 3.6.0 we have noticed that our navigation in the admin has lot everything under “General” (settings, marketplace, etc.)
Downgrading to 3.4.x brings those links back. All our roles look good and we can link to the settings directly by changing the URL.

I’m also experiencing this coming from 3.5.4. I’ve removed the build and cache directories and rebuilt the admin. The administrator I’m logging in with has a Super Admin role.
