Getting error (on Review Workflows) while updating to 4.12.0 from 4.11.7

I was trying to update the strapi version from 4.11.7 to 4.12.0, and it is working fine with my local machine (Development environment) but fails in Production environment, getting error regarding the new feature update for Review Workflows

while checking the log, it shows Error log: TypeError: metrics.sendDidSendReviewWorkflowPropertiesOnceAWeek is not a function
