How can I customize Entry Title to avoid confusions for entries with the same name

I’ve an application for restaurants.

A restaurant has categories and categories have products.

As you may imagine categories with the same could repeat on many restaurants.

When I’m creating a new product I don’t know which category to select from the autocomplete because there are many with the same name…

How can I customize the entry title so this problem won’t happen?

I know I can select another field for that when customizing the view, but my alternative is a slug which is not descriptive.

What I really want is, instead of just the category name, have a combination of Restaurant name + Category Name

Something like: McDonalds - Appetizers

You can achieve it by create a field to product table, this field is combined from Restaurant name and Category name, and then write a afterUpdate lifecycle if you want to update that after updating Restaurant name or Category name
