Are you wanting to prevent people from creating multiple drafts, or multiple new entries within a set period?

yes want to prevent users to create new entries after creating first. As we could disable create new entry button

Do you ever want to create a 2nd entry or more?

If not, any reason why a Single Type Content-Type is not suitable?
