How to add dynamic url for reset password page url?

I have two frontend apps with different domain name, So I want to add dynamic url at reset password page url field.
Plz give me any suggestions, if you have ideas.

Added two frontend apps link by comma and then
split before redirect at user-permission extension plugins of changeEmailConfirmation controller.
