How to create Admin UI for local plugin or custom plugin?

I have already created an plugin. Now the thing is I have to create a UI for this plugin that can look similar to the admin UI of the content type builder plugin. What should I do about this?

So if you you can use the Strapi Design System to create your own UI for it
