How to get data in all levels and Single Type?

Good evening, community! I have a problem again. I created a Single Type for the main page and built the content on components, and they contain more components. How can I get data from them? I’ve read the documentation, but I’m still confused about composing the request. Thanks in advance and have a nice evening!
