The Strapi v4 is not publicly available yet, it is currently going through a private Alpha process right now and we will open up the public beta sometime in September. The first stable release will go live in October.

Is it possible to testdrive it and help in reporting bugs?

Since its on github repo why can’t we install it?

Public beta is starting sometime in September it has not been any announcements yet sadly.
