I want to display data in table on my front-end, how can I create it in Strapi

Hi, I am new to Strapi, I wanted to create a table where I had 7 columns and 3 rows, and wanted to display this data on my React front-end. I am not getting how can I display that. Which Collection type can I choose. Please help.
